What is Double Tap KC? What is a Virtual Arcade & Pub?


Double Tap KC is an arcade with a virtual twist: all of our games are virtual reality titles. Play by yourself or head-to-head with your friends in one of our lanes with bar service featuring signature cocktails and localy brewed beers.




Do I have to play virtual reality?


Of course not! We invite all Kansas Citians to come in and socialize. We also have some classic arcade games ready for action.




How do I book a lane?


You can always book your experience here at DoubleTapKC.com or come by 310 Oak St. in Kansas City for a walk-up reservation. But to be safe, book your party online to guarantee space.




How many can be in my party?


Our Standard Lanes feature two (2) headsets and enough seating for up to five (5) people. Our party lane features three headsets (3) and enough seating for ten (10) people. Every headset can be used at the same time. Players can either play with the others in their party or tackle a game by themselves.




Do I have to plan my game ahead of time?


Since we’re an arcade, we’re bringing dozens of fun and exciting titles to the party. You can play one game the entire time or mix and match and no extra charge. You can select the game you want to play from the headset.




Is there an age limit?


We are a pub. All patrons under 21 need to be accompanied by a legal guardian, however children ages 10 and up are welcome to play.




I've never played VR before. Is it fun?


Short answer: yes. Longer answer: yes it is. Most people's first time usually blows them away. Since there are variety of games and experiences, there is something for you.




Is there a learning curve?


A small one. But before you unleash havoc on zombie or walk the plank, we'll give you a short overview on the controls. A server and our on-site game manager are also there if you ever have questions or get stuck.

Can I cancel my order?


Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend any orders once placed. For a detailed explanation of our returns process please see our Terms and Conditions.




How can I return a DZ COSMETICS item if I don't like it?


Due to safety and hygiene restrictions, only unopened and unused items that are in the same condition that you received them can be returned. Please email our team at info@dzcosmetics.com for returns authorization. Customers who return products that are not in a hygienic or resalable condition, or return products without prior authorization, will not be credited, and the returned items may be discarded.

ORDER RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

An item in my DZ COSMETICS order has arrived damaged.


In the unfortunate event that an item has been delivered to you damaged, please e-mail our customer service team at info@dzcosmetics.com with your name, order number, the name of the product and a photo of the damaged item and we’ll respond as soon as we can! We’d like to apologize for your inconvenience.




How long does delivery take?


If you chose our standard USPS service, please expect 3-5 working days for your delivery, from dispatch for dometic orders. International orders may take 10-15 working days for delivery. Please note if an order is placed after 1pm on Friday it will then not be dispatched until the following Monday and the applicable working days delivery time will then apply.




An item in my DZ COSMETICS order is wrong.


In the rare event that you’ve received an incorrect item in your order, please email our customer service team at info@dzcosmetics.com with your name, order number and the name of the product you’re missing and we’ll respond as soon as we can! Our apologies for any inconvenience you’ve encountered!

How do I change my delivery address once I've placed an order?


To bring our customers and memebers luxury beauty as efficiently and quickly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received in our warehouse. It is therefore impossible to change any details on an order once you have received confirmation. If the package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us and we are then able to redeliver to your updated address.
