How will I know if DZ COSMETICS products are good quality?


Our everyday mission is to go out and source some of the country's best beauty products, and to bring them to our customers and wholesale memebers. Our makeup artists, product developers and sourcing team have panel tested every single product we have in our collection (along with those about to launch) and believe we’re bringing our members the very best in cosmetics.




Where can I get product tips and tricks?


Instructions for BEAUTY PIE product use can be found on each product’s product page, along with a good description of why we love it, what it does, and which ingredients it includes (and doesn’t include). We also have a YouTube channel with tutorials and VLOG makeovers with #DZCOSMETICS products, you’ll never be short of ideas. Join us on Facebook and Instagram to make sure you don’t miss anything.




Does DZ COSMETICS perform testing on animals?


At DZ COSMETICS we do not believe in or authorize animal testing for our products or the ingredients that go into our products. This means we do not do animal testing, our suppliers do not do animal testing, nor do we pay people to do animal testing for us.




Are DZ COSMETICS products vegan?


Not all products are vegan, however, you won’t see us using any over-the-top fancy caps or rigid false-bottomed plastic jars. We’ve chosen plant-based inks and recyclable and recycled board for our cartons. And because it’s difficult on the environment (and the people who have to work with it) we do our best to avoid metallics and foil.Too much cosmetic packaging currently ends up in landfill, and the more complex the componentry, the less easily it can be broken down for recycling. At DZ COSMETICS, we’re always working to make our packaging as ecologically conscious as possible and welcome your suggestions, comments, and concern.




Where are DZ COSMETICS products made?


DZ Cosmetics products are produced in the Unites States' leading luxury cosmetics and skincare lab and manufacturer.

Are DZ Cosmetics products vegan?


While each and every one of our products complies with our belief of not testing on animals (we do not do animal testing, our suppliers do not do animal testing, nor do we pay people to do animal testing for us), there are a few products in our range that would not qualify as vegan due to them containing animal derivatives. Can I buy DZ Cosmetics products without a membership?


Be our guest, but you might want to put a few shopping bags together and look at the bottom line beforehand. DZ Cosmetics members have a virtual backstage pass into some of the best skincare and makeup labs in the world, and our member prices are up to 70% off, all the time.




Are samples available?


Sorry, we don’t offer samples at the moment.

Does DZ Cosmetics manufacture its own luxury skincare and makeup?


No we don’t. (Nor do many of the luxury brands you see in the big department stores and magazines.) We source our products from one of the USA's leading labs, that manufactures their very best formulations for DZ Cosmetics members.

An item in my DZ COSMETICS order has arrived damaged.


In the unfortunate event that an item has been delivered to you damaged, please e-mail our customer service team at info@dzcosmetics.com with your name, order number, the name of the product and a photo of the damaged item and we’ll respond as soon as we can! We’d like to apologize for your inconvenience.




How long does delivery take?


If you chose our standard USPS service, please expect 3-5 working days for your delivery, from dispatch for dometic orders. International orders may take 10-15 working days for delivery. Please note if an order is placed after 1pm on Friday it will then not be dispatched until the following Monday and the applicable working days delivery time will then apply.

In the rare event that you’ve received an incorrect item in your order, please email our customer service team at info@dzcosmetics.com with your name, order number and the name of the product you’re missing and we’ll respond as soon as we can! Our apologies for any inconvenience you’ve encountered!

How do I change my delivery address once I've placed an order?


To bring our customers and memebers luxury beauty as efficiently and quickly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received in our warehouse. It is therefore impossible to change any details on an order once you have received confirmation. If the package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us and we are then able to redeliver to your updated address.
